We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our driver, Mohammed, picked us up from the Savoy right on time and was excellent throughout the trip. His English was great, and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. The spa experience was absolutely unforgettable. We booked it as a couple’s spa, and it was honestly the best we’ve ever had. It felt like a truly traditional experience, and the entire place was spotless, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Although the staff spoke only a little English, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt completely at ease throughout. We were given disposable underwear and felt completely comfortable with the setup—they’re true professionals. The two hours flew by! The products used left our skin feeling incredible—baby soft and glowing, just in time for our flight back home. The massage was deeply relaxing, and I may have even dozed off at one point. It was worth every penny!

Yes, you are naked except for a little thong or paper pants they give you, but you soon get over it! All of the ladies were incredible at what they do. We were so relaxed and well looked after. We didn’t know if we would get to do it as a couple, but we did. Which made it even better. Definitely a must do when visiting Marrakesh!

What a great Hammam experience. From the night before being contacted by my driver Soufian to confirm a pickup spot, to the drive over where he pointed out some of the most popular places in Marrakech and even gave some history on the places. The hammam itself was very relaxing and left me feeling like all my worries had been washed away. The ladies who worked there were very professional and very reassuring. Don’t be afraid by the paper pants! It’s worth it in the end! 10/10 authentic experience. Had the same driver for the drop off and again Soufian was great.

This was a unique experience! We booked quite last minute and the guide did everything to make it work. Our driver Mohammed was really friendly and a safe driver. It was a 40 minutes drive and the Hammam was somewhere hidden in a building. It was not a very classic Hammam in the Medina, but nevertheless the ladies were so humble and friendly. The massage was really good. The Hammam was without steam, but with a good scrub of the full body. We were very relaxed after!

The whole experience was lovely. The guides dropped us right in front of the Spa. We got a warm welcome from the staff as we were entering the place and after roughly 5 minutes our treatments started. We were provided with all we needed, so no need to bring anything along. The ladies were thorough both during the hammam and the massage. After we were through, we got served mint tea and water to relax before our pickup. Kudos to our guides as they provided us with a complimentary visit to a local cooperative that produces 100% organic Argan Oil. Greatly enjoyed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dropped off in a poor part of town, entrance looked dodgy – lift was small up to next floor. Door to spa opened and was totally different – pleasantly surprised . Clean spa and very friendly staff . We both felt buffed to an inch of our lives and very relaxed – skin as smooth a silk 🙂

The activity has been incredibly good. It was our first time at a spa and now I have the need to return!! It’s an interesting experience as you fully get naked in front of you friends and get ready for your breasts to get massaged 😹😹😳. It felt very awkward at first but the masseuses were always respectful and explained to us that our reaction was completely normal as it was our first time 😹😹😅. Our driver was named Nour and he was always on time as well as ensured for our own comfort with things such as having the air con to the max, putting the music we wanted to listen to, and chatting to us. I highly recommend this experience and would definitely return!!

This experience was lovely, I tried a different hammam spa this time around to compare from my last trip here. Firstly, our guide met us in front of our building and was punctual with time. The spa was beautiful!! The first thing I noticed is no one really spoke English so if one doesn’t speak Darija/Arabic or French it’d be hard to communicate. Nonetheless the ladies were all very sweet. After our lovely hammam treatment, we sat for atay (tea) until our massage room was ready. Our massage therapists were 10/10!! The price is unmatched!!
